Daniel  Northcott
January 23rd 1980 -  June 22nd 2009
Daniel fit a life time into his 29 years, in this we can all take comfort and enjoy in his amazing life memories. He was the truest of adventures, even his illness served as an adventure to him.  He traveled the world and by the way he treated all the people he met in every country he proved his message over and over again; we all come from the same circle,  starting from  the same cell, making us all equal with enough incommon simply in our DNA to get along.

Daniel's Green Burial - June 26th, 2009
Sketches for Roam Premiere February 15th, 2009
The premiere was a wonderful success, Daniel's hopes of selling enough tickets were exceeded. There were three screenings held on February 15, 2009 that were well attended by loved ones, the general public and the media. This resulted in over 5,000 dollars in proceeds from the premiere and another 4,830.00 in Donations totaling 9,830.00,which Daniel donated in full to the Krall Foundation for the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation BMT Unit where Daniel recieved his much needed blood transfusions.
Death is said to be one of the most corageous moments of our lives. It takes a lot of strength and courage to enter into the greatest unkown. Daniel was beautiful when he passed away peacefully at home in the early morning. Though it was so hard for him to let go of the people and the earth he loved so much,  he found the courage to leave for another adventure.
We love you Daniel and miss you everyday
Daniel's last year with us July 11th, 2008 to June 22nd, 2009

Daniel was admitted to Hospital July 11th, 2008, He came home in mid September 2008 and remained a day patient there after, preferring the comforts of home. Daniel loved so deeply and was loved deeply in return. Some how while he fought for his life and struggled with pain and illness Daniel kept on living his life and making memories with us all. He replaced his wanderlust of traveling with gathering all his loved ones to enjoy with him in playing Scrabble, movie nights, having fun with PS2 Sing Star karaoke and getting outdoors whenever he could.
